How long will postage take?
Allow 7-10 working days for delivery. Often it is a lot quicker than this. Occasionally remote area’s may take a few extra days. Some fabrics are manufactured overseas and may be out of stock at the time of ordering. Should the product you have ordered be out of stock, one of our consultants will contact you to make alternative arrangements or refund your money.
Can a product be returned ?
An exchange on your purchase will be given if the product has a fault and it is brought to our attention within 7 days of purchase.
What if I change my mind?
You will need to select your fabric carefully. Unfortunately a refund or credit note will not be given if you change your mind. Before placing an order we advise to request a sample as the colours on this website can vary from the colour of the original items.

Small Orders:
Orders less than 20 meters incur a $35 surcharge (cutting fee). This is a fee that fabric companies charge for small one off orders. A Surcharge (cutting fee) does not apply to DJF fabric orders.
